Editor/proofreader

We are seeking an efficient Proofreader to take care of the production process of all blog articles on our website. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong eye for detail and must be enthusiastic, a talented editor, result-oriented, and a great communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Buttress arguments, organize, fact-check, proofread and scrutinize every detail of all the articles we publish
  • Cross-check editorial content and data for consistencies in hyphenation, capitalization, numerals, and adherence to the norms of writing
  • Proofread all content for errors in punctuation, spelling, word choice, grammar, syntax, and style
  • Proofread content to ensure it reflects our brand, company strategy, project strategy accurately
  • Edit and proofread articles of every length be it long or short-form articles and provide final approval before it is sent to production
  • Analyze the impact of information gathered from different sources on internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in a proven proofreading or editing role
  • Excellent English and grammar knowledge with experience spotting and fixing flow issues, structure, and transforming complex situations into simple ones
  • Self-directed, fast-paced and hardworking with a desirable attitude to the job
  • Self-motivated quick learner who can get the job done under any circumstance and also a go-getter
  • Required proficiency in basic editing on a WordPress website, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack

Customer Service Representative

Our company needs a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide support for our customers round the clock through email, chat, or phone. Senior UX Designer

We are looking for team members that can help deliver to a customer what they want, the way they want it. As a Senior User Experience Designer for ViralGrowing. This role will have a strategic impact on the products and the direct-to-consumer ViralGrowing experience of our online store, services, and other plans by developing and designing user flows and interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to drive and create elegant end-to-end designs and user experience of our website.
  • Collaborate efficiently with team members to understand our customers better and develop designs that will enhance customer experiences.
  • Take control of troubleshooting activities.
  • Great organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential problems from investigating situations, and recommend user-friendly solutions
  • Set out user-centered problem reports to guide decision-making
  • Pitch new ideas and design projects backed by a clearly defined framework.
  • Create user flows to get buy-in with complied research using user insights, and technical constraints.
  • Make sure design solutions are in line with our brand guidelines and design system.
  • Work hand in hand with the rest of our design team to guarantee consistency and high-end quality of all our products.
  • Collaborate on growing the evolving design system of e-Commerce and other product verticals.
  • Create end-to-end interfaces as a part of a set multi-functional product team.
  • Effectively manage given workflow and deliver projects on time and within the given budget
  • Take charge of client deliverables and support management in hiring.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing user experiences that follow a unified design language.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Invision, Sketch, UXPin, Abstract, etc.
  • Solid portfolio including cutting edge user-focused designs and ideas you’ve worked on over the years. What interests us the most is the depth of your various projects rather than their size.
  • Self-motivated with the knack for creating innovative product strategy and vision.
  • Plan and execute your work independently without close supervision.
  • Exhibits a penchant for end-user experience and how their needs influence key decisions.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communicator most especially in expressing design ideas and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to make thoughtful decisions and make the complicated seem simple.
  • Expertise in a particular area with general product design instincts about practices, processes, and methods of systems design, brand design, service design, UX research, etc.
