What should I know before the order?
1. Be sure your account is open. If you have a private account, our system will automatically decline your payment. Also, keep your Instagram account open until you receive delivery of the order. If not, your order will be canceled.
2. Do not change your username until you receive your order.
3. Please keep your Instagram account open to public and do not remove the posts until the delivery is completed. If the account became private or the post was deleted after placing the order it will be considered as “Cancelled” and will not qualify for a refund.
How quickly will my order be fulfilled?
It depends on the size of the order – delivery may take anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days.
Can there be any delays in the delivery of the order?
Yes, there can be. Big orders require more time processing through our server and may take longer than indicated in the tariff plan you bought. That is why we reserve the right to delay the order for 2-3 days.
What is the maximum number of services I can order?
You are not limited in the number of orders, and you may select any services you need or wish.
What should I do if an error occurs, and I cannot add an order?
If, for some reason, you cannot add a new order, e-mail us with a screenshot of the problem.
Will my pages in social be blocked by your service?
Our company works only with verified Instagram-services. This is why the system is safe to use.
Can I order an individual package of services (with the quantity I need)?
By default, our site has only standardized packages of services that can be ordered. If you want to receive an individual offer or make a wholesale order, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will be happy to create a unique offer for you.
What should I do if my order was not fully implemented?
If your order was not fully implemented, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the email address that was used at the time of ordering, link to the account / post and receipt for payment.
Our company highly appreciates the confidentiality of our customers. This is why we follow such principles:
- We never disclose confidential information to third parties (including information about orders).
- We do not contact the owners of the services who collect data from social networks- InstaGrowing will protect your data and prevent fraud, theft or loss.- We guarantee the protection of your data from copying or alteration by third parties.
What should I additionally know when ordering the Followers?
1. Be sure your account is open. If you have a private account, our system will automatically decline your payment. Also, keep your Instagram account open until you receive the delivery of the order. If not, your order will be canceled.
2. All accounts following you are divided into several types - 30% of users are Europeans and Americans, 40% - Arabs and Asians, 30% - corporate accounts of other companies.
3. Some of the Followers can unsubscribe from the account; usually, it is from 5% to 20%. Unfortunately, we can't assure that users will be 100% saved. That's why we provide a 30-day guarantee for all packages. If, during this period, users unsubscribed from the account, we will compensate for that number and send new ones.
4. All Followers are not active. If you need Active Followers you can order them here.
How does Auto Likes work?
Once you ordered, our system automatically processes your request for 24 hours. After this period, all the new photos and videos will begin to get Likes. The system automatically checks the presence of new photos/videos every 20 minutes and sends Likes on them. Important: your account must be open for us to send Likes on it. If you close the account or make it private and not public, Likes will stop.
Please also note that Auto-likes service has a Subscription Format. You may switch off the “Regular Base Payment” option on the checkout page at the time of making the initial payment if you want your order to be running only for 1 month. For more details please refer our recurring policy page.
There are several reasons for which we will issue a refund:
- The product is not delivered. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing (to mail email@example.com); otherwise, the campaign will be considered complete and will not qualify for a refund.
- The product does not correspond to the description. Arguments that the purchased product is not the same as described on the website must be provided. Complaints based only on false expectations or customer requests are not considered. Our support team is always ready to help and provide you with timely, highly professional support.
By placing an order, you automatically agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after payment, we reserve the right to cancel all your future orders, ban you from our website and take away any followers or likes we delivered to your social media account.
